Just before the holidays, the bank we were running our donations through was acquired by another bank which does not allow for the processing of crowdfunding. This was not caused by any wrong doing, but simply a matter of the new bank's internal policies.
Unfortunately, this led us to have to locate another processor, which we have done and are onboarding with at the present time. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay, but look forward to serving your crowdfunding needs when we come back online.
